Here's ChibiUsa in a new red dress outfit. My scanner messed up and didn't get the colors right or scan it smoothly. I guess it doesn't like these colors? It does it everytime I scan the same pic. This is the best I can get it. ^^000
This piccy was colored with Prismacolors color pencils, metallic gel inks, and drawn in straight ink (no pencilling) as usual. If anyone is interested in buying this piccy, send me a note or e-mail me to order.  First come, first serve, so when it's gone, it's gone.
