Here is a comic of Splinter's way on how to wash properly, rodent style. The Turtles learn a mammal's way of how to keep clean, which Leo adopts completely to extremes.

Mikey's happy to get a tongue-bath from big brother Leo (NO slash is implied here!), while Raph and Don find Leo's overly caring nature babyish to them and reject any bath time from Leo.
