Sailor Jupiter the Bird Tamer

Here's Jupiter in a spiffy white and heart outfit I designed (it'd made a cool real outfit) with a parrot. It is a fairly nice piccy

This piccy was colored with Prismacolors color pencils, metallic gel inks, and drawn in straight ink (no pencilling) as usual.
