Why can't they look like this on the actual show!? FiM past my expectations, but I consider myself more of a casual fan than a brony because I have very mixed opinions on the show. One of my main gripes is the character designs. Instead of resembling horses, the majority of the characters look more like someone drew an anime human head, stuck it on the outline of a very simplified horse's body, and then added horse ears and nostrils. Often when I watch an episode I actually forget that these characters are supposed to be horses. This picture further makes me wish they looked this good on the show!
